Who is responsible

Huynh Nhat Thien, independent developer, Vietnam. Contact: thien.auris@gmail.com. For payment data, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record and controls that data under its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send you alerts and reply to you.
• Shopify store data: product titles, variant titles, SKUs and inventory quantities, read from the stores you connect. We do not request or store customer names, addresses, order contents or payment details.
• Access tokens for the stores you connect, stored encrypted and used only to read the data above.

We do not use cookies for tracking on this site and we run no analytics or advertising scripts. Paddle sets cookies necessary for checkout when you open it.

Why we use it

To provide the service you paid for: comparing inventory between your stores and emailing you when it drifts. This is processing necessary to perform our contract with you.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: GitHub (runs the scheduled checks), Google (delivers alert emails), Paddle (payments). We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Inventory snapshots are kept only as long as needed to compare one check to the next. Your email address and tokens are deleted within 30 days of you cancelling. Paddle keeps invoice records as required by tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Email thien.auris@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may revoke our access from your Shopify admin at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our infrastructure providers operate servers outside your country, and we operate from Vietnam. Where required, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
